Send attachments?
My advice: don't!There are a couple of reasons why I would not send them along with the email:
- you're consuming bandwidth- recipients may not be allowed to receive attachments
- recipients may block some type of attachments
- if a recipient's mailbox is nearly full, it may be that you're email cannot be delivered because it is too big
and most of all - you do not generate traffic to your site.
I think it is better to create a link to the attachment itself, or a webpage where the attachment can be downloaded. Doing it via the second option can have the effect that visitors may view other pages on your website as well, and not only the attachment.

Infomative blog. I will continue to read. After marketing online for a year I've found one of the best ways to make money online is to use topical blogs with rss feeds. I am a big fan of rss feeds because they provide new content for my blogs as well as helping to get more traffic.
